and truth is, some of us really would not take time to just stop and look at everything that's happening.

In life’s journey, we do three things: walking, sitting, and kneeling. Walking refers to the experiences we encounter as we go on in life. Sitting refers to our time for rest or stop while reflecting on our life, and kneeling refers to our time for prayer. I believe that I have been walking a lot and I do not have time to sit or even kneel.
